ABOUT US
Illuminate is the undergraduate journal of the Northeast Regional Honors Council (NRHC). The honors students of the northeast region are extraordinarily talented. Many of the students in the region present their scholarly and creative work at NRHC's annual conference, traditionally held every spring. The purpose of Illuminate is to allow students to publish their work, letting it "shine on" and provide intellectual and creative stimulation to all.
VOLUME 6
IS LIVE!
Volume 6 of Illuminate is here!
Congratulations to the authors and contributors of 29 unique pieces that were published as part of this year's journal. Thank you for sharing your work, we are so happy to let it "shine on"!
Thank you to all of our editorial staff for all of their hard work in making this edition possible.
SUBMISSIONS
The journal opens the call for submissions every fall (September-October). Each year, the theme for Illuminate is the theme of the NRHC Annual Conference. Students who submit proposals to the NRHC conference are also encouraged to submit their academic and creative pieces to Illuminate. The deadline for submissions to the journal is in May (after the annual conference). Notifications are sent to proposers in late June/early July. Contributors are asked to make revisions by late August/early September and the journal is published by the time of the annual National Collegiate Honors Council (NCHC) conference in November.
